I’ve always known the importance of doing regular pelvic floor exercises (having had four kids) but hardly ever did them, and when I did, it was a random, ramshackle affair with no structure at all and what I WAS doing probably made little or no difference.Forget incontinence; the sole reason I’m doing these exercises is because I read it improves the strength of your orgasms!This free app gives me the visual motivation I need to do the exercises correctly, and ultimately reap the benefit; I genuinely feel it has made a big difference over the six months I’ve been using it. I have recommended it to lots of friends and may even shell out a whole £2.99 for the ‘upgraded’ version.
One of the best apps for kegel exercises

Compared to some other free kegel exercise apps I find this the best one. The main advantage is that you don’t have to change the options from slow to fast squeezes as it is part of the same training routine. The only reason why I haven’t given this app 5* is because of the inconvenience of the app being only available on the phone. I spend a lot of time at the office and due to a quite busy schedule I don’t always have the time to do the exercises during the day. And having the phone vibrating on the desk whilst doing the exercises at work is not ideal. Having said that, if the developers had made this app available for Apple Watch I would purchase the full version quite willingly.

Been using this 2 weeks before and after prostate surgery and with using this app after 4 weeks has improved my continence levels so much quicker than I had expected it to take. The scheduler is the only thing that keeps me on track for remembering to do these important exercises and in the next few months expect further improvements with the daily exercises.Definitely improved my quality of life with the app reminders. I bought it for the reminders as free version doesn’t do it, but don’t regret the £2.99 or whatever it was for the quality of life that it gives you if you do the exercises.

Sneezing etc was becoming an issue… So I thought I’d try this using the free version. I’m pretty haphazard with it, maybe hitting my target three times a week. Even so I am feeling the benefit after six weeks and know my muscles are much stronger now - evidenced by the fact that I have had no near misses! I like the fact that I can set the level / duration of the exercises and can increase as I get stronger and better. The routine is in two parts; it starts with slow contractions (set your own amount) and morphs into the second set which are faster muscle contractions - this exercises them in two different ways apparently. It’s a nice touch that you get a confetti shower 😉 when you reach your daily goal. I’m going to upgrade to the premium version as doing these exercises is a life long commitment, not something to do while you have a problem, then give up on.
Now features Live Activity to display widget on lock screen and Dynamic Island for exercise times that are longer than 6 seconds.
