Description
With easybrowse, information can be made available to many users quickly and easily. Despite large amounts of information, individual and targeted access is made possible. Sensitive data can also reach authorised recipients securely.
It can be used both internally for the provision of company data and in the entire product environment. Various product-relevant data are easily available for customers or servive employees and further systems can be networked. Based on semantic searches or explicit links, all information can be displayed. For example, spare parts or activity descriptions that match a maintenance task. In the service area, technicians have access to comprehensive information about the relevant machine at that moment - simply on demand at any time. In this way, a clear added value and an increase in service can be achieved from classic documentation.
The easybrowse app works in conjunction with an easybrowse portal. The content provided can be accessed via the app. Saved content can also be used offline in the app.
