Description

This resource is aimed at UK Healthcare professionals only.

Echo ARt 3D is a medical education app aimed at UK healthcare professionals. It is a learning resource aiming to educate on the identification of signs of Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) on echocardiology.

Echo ARt 3D utilises innovative 3D interactive cardiac models to show users the relevant anatomy and structural pathology in PH. The app also features an augmented reality (AR) module which enables users to simulate a transthoracic echocardiology scan with their mobile device. Users can navigate over AR models of the heart and thorax to identify echocardiology windows, which will in turn reveal the corresponding echocardiology scan videos.

The app also features learning modules which give detail on how to effectively request an echocardiology scan, as well as background reference information.
