NB: Grant access to your phone's camera to the Ecocash mobile application in order to be able to use ecocash app for payments using QR codes.

Update issues
This app is nolonger working, as mentioned by above user there is no update linked to this app. I am unable to use this app as it continuously displays a message that the server is not reachable and the app needs updating

No update still
I’m an app user as I’m overseas and my ecocash phone back home across the seas. I managed to make transactions from my app check my balance transfer funds. Now after the ecocash maintenance it has rendered my app useless and it gives me message that I’m using an old version I should download new one from apple App Store , once I get there alas it’s still the old version no new one. I like to be in control of my monies from across the world, right now I feel I have lost control and I’m no longer interested in using ecocash as I have lost control of it. I hope something will be done soon before some of us throw in the towel.
Ecocash iOS App bugs
1. When you touch on the Back button the App crashes out. Only way to avoid a crash is to touch the Home button. This bug is on the iOS version.
2. When I changed my Ecocash number unfortunately the App continuously starts off with the old phone number as a default and it can’t be reset. Even after first logging off or first deleting and re-installing the App the old phone number is maintained as default and can’t be changed.
I wish the above bugs are fixed,
