    This is the app I really needed! Being able to have your strength, running and Hyrox workouts all in one place is an absolute game changer. I’ve been using Edge since January and my running has improved so much and I’ve just ran a big PB at the Manchester Half. My level of fitness has never been better since being able to balance all different types of training through the app. The coaches are super responsive and helpful and are happy to work with you to make your programme fit your lifestyle. I’ve also seen a huge number of improvements and new features since starting with Edge, some of which were even ones I suggested! Highly recommend 🌟

    I have been looking for a workout plan that gives me a variety in training methods but also helps me stick to my goals. Edge was exactly what I was looking for! I like to mix my workouts between strength, yoga, HIIT and wanted to focus more on running. Unlike other running apps, Edge has allowed me to focus on my running goals whilst also building up my strength in weight training which has helped me to run further in a correct and healthy way. I recently completed my first 10K and I am now training for a half marathon. I struggled to run a 5k 4 months ago but Edge has massively changed the belief in myself that I can run and I am a runner!

    Edge is by far the best fitness app I’ve used. For me, user-friendliness is vital… I don’t want an app that glitches, crashes, or slows me down in the middle of a workout. After two weeks of using Edge, I’ve had zero issues, which is rare considering I’ve tried at least five different apps before this.What I really love is that the workouts are tailored. As someone who both runs and strength trains, it’s great to finally have an app that brings those two things together in one place. On top of that, it’s introduced me to more HIIT training, which I wouldn’t normally do, but I’ve actually enjoyed adding it into my routine.Another huge plus is that the workouts are created by in-house coaches, not AI, so the programs feel much more personal and practical. You can tell they’re designed with real people in mind, which makes it easier to stay consistent and see progress.I’m looking forward to using this app to improve my strength and overall fitness!

    I’ve tried quite a few workout apps so far and could never find one with the ideal balance of weight training, running and ‘HIIT’ style workouts. I love that the workouts are tailored to your fitness level, how often you want to train and your goals. The workouts are challenging and I’ve been pushing myself to run at paces I never thought I could! My only criticism would be for there to be a noise timer during EMOMs so I don’t have to keep looking at the time on the screen. Thank you for creating the perfect hybrid workout app!

    What a find this has been. I’d just finished a training block and was needing some inspiration and this ad popped up for Edge Hybrid Training. It’s exactly what I’d been looking for. I’m onto my 2nd week and really excited to see where this takes my strength and fitness. The strength training is excellent, exactly what I want to do in the gym. The biggest surprise is the conditioning training. So simple and so effective. I’m only getting back into running so yet to fully explore that aspect of the app but so far the strength and conditioning training is really fantastic.

    I trained for my first Hyrox with a PT but couldn’t afford to do the same this time around. I used Edge which was fantastic and the coaches chop and chained my plan to best suit my needs. I completed my second Hyrox (mixed double) yesterday and despite being ill we still came back with a PB and shaved over 10 minutes off of our previous time. Will be using Edge moving forward and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a cheaper but still effective way to reach your fitness goals. Thanks guys!!

    Even before moving to a hybrid training approach, I was searching for an app which offered personalised training programmes, however this was hard to find unless signing up to 1-1 coaching which I don’t currently need. I love that Edge has provided me with this, and also means I don’t have to pay for an additional subscription for a running programme! For a new app it is so well put together and the coaches answer any questions so quickly. I can’t fault it!

    I started using Edge after inconsistency at the gym and wanted to balance strength and cardio without losing weight. The app is exactly what I needed. The plans are so good and personalised to my lifestyle, injuries, and goals. I don’t need multiple apps to manage both running and strength. The flexiswap is also so ideal for when life is busy. Planning to do a Hyrox next year and looking forward to using Edge for my training. Highly recommend for any fitness goals.

    I’ve just started using the Edge Hybrid app and it’s been a total game changer. I used to switch between two different apps for strength and running but I never found one that handled both well - until now.The workouts are clear, progressive and easy to follow, and I love having everything in one place, making it so much easier to stay consistent without overtraining or burning out. Early days but so far I’m loving it!

    Edge has been great for the 2 weeks so far using it, the workout is tailored specifically to you and if you can’t do one of the ones created for any reason there is a bank of ones you can choose for any specific workout type.Highly recommend and look forward to the rest of the plan as it’s giving me such a new enjoyment at the gym with different types of workouts to do
