Dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. No more to say ....
UPDATE - MORE to say. This bunch of charlatans could not organise a drinks session in a brewery. Two ‘smart’ (totally dumb) plugs and three apps later - total FAIL. And customer service is as useless as the product and apps. Basically blatant lies for weeks on end. Do NOT buy any ‘Edi’ products - you’ll enjoy putting your money in the lavatory and watching it flush away more than the stuff they produce which belongs in a sewer.
NOT compatible with Alexa
The main reason we bought these plugs was the false statement on the box that they are Alexa compatible.
After spending a whole weekend trying and following the instructions we wrote to Edimax Support just to be told that they don’t work with Alexa!
I have 7 of these! None now connecting
