Watch live channels, including the latest Premier League or UEFA Champions League action on TNT Sports, if it is included in your EE TV package. Missed a programme or match? With the EE TV App, you can catch up on the latest shows from a range of channels, including Discovery. And it’s never been easier to own the biggest TV shows, or to buy or rent the latest movie releases. Our new Store in the EE TV app allows you to purchase the very latest titles with just a tap of your screen. How does the app work? - All EE TV customers can use the EE TV app for no extra cost and watch programmes in line with their TV subscription - Continue watching from where you left off on your EE TV box. - Watch channels and programmes on up to two devices at the same time. - Download content to watch anywhere anytime. - AirPlay and Chromecast what you’re watching on the app to a big screen. - Set programmes to record on your YouView box. To watch content you'll need to be a EE TV customer with a valid EE ID or BT ID that's been associated to your account. You can register the app on up to four devices. If you’re not an EE TV customer but have a YouView box*, you can still use the app for remote recording, and to view your list of recorded and scheduled programmes. * Not compatible with 1st generation set top boxes (e.g. Humax T1000 / T1010, or Huawei DN370T) or Sony TVs, which are no longer capable of remote recording.

Please fix: can’t select HD channels on Schedule

I don’t know whether this is just all iPhones or only those with smaller screens (iPhone SE / iPhone 12 mini etc), but since the most recent update it’s no longer possible to filter TV channels by “HD” on the TV schedule (under Live - Schedule). As the other reviewer says, HD is “hidden” at the top - when you pull down the list, you can’t select HD - the list just bounces back up under the top bar, meaning you press Entertainment or the large “Live” tab instead. It looks like any UX testing (if any) of this update was only done on the larger iPhone / iOS screen sizes, and your team forgot / missed how many devices are still out there using the smaller SE / mini screen size. Very frustrating, please fix!

Difficult to Select HD on iPhone

Since a recent update this App, which I usually find great, has made it virtually impossible to filter the TV guide to HD channels on my iPhone. This is because the HD button on drop down menu on the left is hidden at the top and when the menu is pulled down and released just goes up and gets hidden again. Please fix this. Also the timeline at the top of the live schedule is 1hr out of synch since the clocks went back. Please sort this too.

Have been using this app for years to set recordings on my Youview box, since the dedicated app for that was withdrawn. After the latest compulsory update, it no longer connects.The description here on the App Store still says it can be used for non EE YouView boxes, but I can't pair with mine.UPDATE:The solution is in the settings for the App. The option to allow the app to access the local network had been turned off. Turned it back on, and the app immediately found and connected to the box. Happy days!

the fact this is replacing the youview app shows 0 consideration for those just… using youview. the majority of the app is paywalled, which makes sense, but youview expects freeview users to use this… why?? if you remove every paywalled feature, you basically get a really bad tv guide, and that’s it. no remote, no continuity, not even the ability to only sjow channels available in your area (frustrating as a freeview light viewer) or even the ability to hide pay channels. utter disappointment.
