App crash
The app it’s friendly user, easy to put your info and view details. However EVERY time I want to pay and I insert the final info (CVV) the app crashes. Please fix it

Worst app
I don’t usually write reviews but this app is one of the worst apps if not the worst, I wanted to pay the officer “who broke my driving licence on purpose when he handed me the fine” straight but unfortunately I cant even tho its just a 10 dinars fine so I went online to the website and omg the worst website u can never use it because of all the bugs that u only find in a 1* website a 3 year old created so I had to download the app just to find out that MY OWN jordanian phone number isnt compatible with somehow. Well done for producing the worst website and the worst app 2 in 1 what an amazing job u guys have done 😎
Update: just realised that they have been doing this since 2018 or maybe before as well and they still havent realised that they are doing a stupid job with their website and app well done again
