(EHLP) Electrical Help Line Professionals

EHLP is an app we have specially designed for to assist individuals with electrical faults. It is a paid video calling app. We will be offering a consultancy service for Joe Blogs by professional electricians whereby you can ring professionals 24/7 for advice and problem solve your issue safely.

The app is mainly for the general public, when they have a fault at home or on one of their facilities however it will also focus on electricians, apprentices for training and other parts of the electrical industry for tuition and advice when troubleshooting. For example, when a socket is not working. When electricity trips, our research has shown that eighty percent of the time electrical installations are inspected and tested, and no fault is found. The failure is usually a secondary piece of equipment. The consultants will work through a fault diagnosis procedure. There is no danger to the customer because they are not dealing with a live wire testing practice. This app is to help people with standard faults and items. If a fuse has blown the electrician will walk you through a procedure and pick out the faulty equipment.

As an electrician who knows that not only himself but other electricians are regularly asked for advice on the phone, I know that this is a viable service.

There is no other app like it available on the market, so we do not have any competitors.
