I have been a loyal customer for the past year. The app is very user friendly. The shopping list feature makes online grocery shopping very easy. This is definitely a great service.
Very poor and unreliable service
The app has smart features but the service quality and reliability is very poor. Non of my latest four orders has been fulfilled neither in terms of time nor in terms of the products requested. Communication is near impossible as they reply hour+ later on their “chat” and close the chat without me getting a notification that someone response. The other option seems to be to have the app on for an hour or keep checking every minute. It’s a very annoying and frustrating experience. Save your self the frustration and order using another services
