Too many glitches
This app is really good apart from all the glitches. Constantly freezing and crashing. Will see if the app improves at next update. Hoping so because the idea is excellent & would be really beneficial.
Dreadful app, dangerous people
The app itself is useless. It crashes constantly and there are very few options in the settings section. If you have access to the website just that. However, if you are serious about mental health support and want to find a safe and positive place to address your mental health I would avoid elefriends like the plague. The negativity from people using this site is overwhelming and rather than be positive about people's situations other members simply feed into the nagativity. A very dangerous place to go if you have mental health issues. In fact the whole app and website should be removed.
Worst app I have ever used for mental health
Think carefully before joining elefriends, beware of bullying, fake accounts and people looking for dates. People being banned set up new accounts and cause havoc. There is no block button to protect users, but the handlers do end up taking things down quickly.
Things that shouldn’t be taken down are and things that should, tend to stay on there people tend to gang up on you. In my case they allowed bullying to continue I have asked for my details to be permanently deleted so I can’t be tempted after a bad day to come back. I would rather be in solitary confinement than come back on this app ever.
Beware you are also not allowed to swear even using 🤬 gets your post removed. Suicidal posts are removed so be careful about expressing yourself.
If you want to join even after reading this I wish you the best of luck, just don’t be too trusting please for your mental health’s sake.
