First of all you can I take pictures of your elves your friend you and then you just dance and that is a cool right I love it just us I love it I think they might need to add like a couple bits in that you don’t need like a Santa pass cause then you only have two dances you can do and I think it’s a bit of bad because people would like a mum has like a phone and a dad got this and they don’t have that much money they can’t buy it and it’s like £5 and I think that you don’t need a Santa pass but otherwise this game is fantastic great game so please download it

I made the mistake of paying to unlock all the ElfYourself songs previously last year, as clearly most of the songs are pay to use, I did this thinking that the purchase would remain with me to use in the future. This year not having deleted the app from last year upon opening it again to make a video to send to my Nan, I find I have to pay again to use the features which I have already paid for last year (which was around £4.99). It would appear each year you need to buy the bundle again to use the songs which you already had access to from the year before. I will add I would of contacted the app maker directly and thus avoided this negative review. But on the contact directly link within the app support page for elfyourslef (within the App Store), when you click on the link provided I get taken to a link promoting “magic mirror” which is another app completely by the same developer. So not only have all my paid for features disappeared, the app has zero support to actually communicate with anyone about problems which you may come across. Brilliant stuff. Deleted and good bye. Avoid this money making con of an application if I was you. They clearly don’t care for customer service and if you did want to complain. You can’t.

This app is absolutely rubbish, no offence to the developers. 1) It took about half an hour for this app to download, but then another 10 minutes for it to actually start; if this app was a game, I wouldn't mind, but on this occasion, my friends had come over and I really wanted to use it b4 they went, but couldn't bcoz of this stupid problem.

2) when I actually got to access this app, and after I had added all my pictures, the video took like 10 minutes to download, after which I was left with a blank screen, and the five elves popped up. A few minutes later, it went back to normal, but then it wouldn't let me press the play button!!! Soooo annooyyyiiinggggggg 😡😡😠😠😤😤😩😩😣😣☹️☹️🙁🙁

Although I have had soooo many problems with this app that I deleted it, I think it could have some real potential if the developers give everyone what they ask for; for example, I have heard that if u buy everything, it is only available for that yr, which is very useful (!)
