Outstanding!
Tried with both Ionity & BP Pulse chargers. Worked perfectly and billed with a substantial saving over the service providers own apps. Not sure how this has been achieved but keep it up!

Used to be good
Elli used to be good. Last year I was on their drive highway subscription and the savings were amazing. 31p/kW at IONITY was the best thing since sliced bread as it made public charging accessible and only slightly more expensive than charging at home.
Now however, the prices are simply too expensive. Do you save money over being a PAYG customer - yes. But not a fat lot. 66p/kW at DC charging stations is way too expensive. IONITY is now 44p/kW which isn’t terrible, but a massive increase over last years 31p.
Would highly recommend leaving Elli and using the Tesla supercharger network. Much cheaper.

App is frustrating
This review is on the app itself rather than the actual service from Elli.
Over the last couple of weeks, a couple of times , once a charge has finished, it doesn’t stop in the app. So the timer continues .
I did a trip to London last week so charged the night before. I went to charge the next day when I was traveling home and it wouldn’t accept my RFID or allow me to start a charge through the app because it said it was still charging from the previous evening.
I called the helpline and they said it will automatically stop after 24 hours. This was no good for me! . I ended up having to use a different app which cost me double the price .
