Crashing
Getting a problem where I go to book a taxi, as soon as I put the destination in because you literally have to put a destination, it crashes when calculating price so I’ve now had to phone when I’m use to pre booking the night before so I’m not super late for work by calling one which isn’t always the case.. needs fixing ASAP.
Used to work perfectly
But for some reason now whenever you book a taxi you have to close the app completely and go back onto it to track your taxi. Then to update where your taxi is you have to close it completely again and then re-open it. It also tells you 8 minutes and I have then been stood there for 30 minutes, or even tells you 8 minutes so you book it a little in advance and your Taxi is outside in less than 2 minutes leaving both you and the driver frustrated.

Big thank you to our driver. Awful conditions out there this evening but he went that extra mile to get us almost home before the state of the roads were atrocious. Deserves a Pat on the back
