Far from the best

As a student the job is flexible as you work when you want to work. But there are so many things wrong within this company, staff can be rude and belittling, take days to reply, not because they are busy, just because they cannot be bothered to deal with the issue. There’s this rule where if a cleaner cancels within 12 hours of the job they are charged £40, if clients do cleaners receive £10 sometimes £15. Now I genuinely thought that is all they were receiving from clients when they cancel when actually they receive from £40 clearly keep the £25-30 for themselves. The day I found this out I felt sick. Also there is not always jobs available and if there are they start to go round copying and pasting jobs to people asking that they take jobs.
I also noticed they know certain people including me will not tolerate this behaviour and I only show respect where I am given respect.
I think to improve the emop platform they need to start by removing some of the staff (admin) and change and make rules fair :)

Not helpful

Due to COVID lost my job, thought working for this company would bring in some extra cash. First job phone died Was unable to log in. client was called she confirmed I was at the job.

I was deducted the £20 admin fee which I agreed to then they deducted £40 no show fee ( even after they client had confirmed I was there), was payed £10 for 3.5 hours of work.

When I messaged Admin the insured me that the situation would be sorted and I would receive what was owed it did not happen.

To add insult to injury they also deducted the £10 therefore I received £0 for 3.5 hours of work.

Reliable

I've been working with Emop for a while now. Fast and understanding customer support. Weekly payment - good way to make some extra money. Last minute jobs have good rates. I'll continue my cooperation with Emop.
