Description
Entrain is a mobile application that uses your lighting history, activity, and heart rate to recommend schedules of light and dark. These schedules are able to shift a model of the circadian clock to a new time zone as quickly as possible. Users can opt-in to share their data with the University of Michigan for research purposes.

Add notifications
I haven’t yet been able to follow a recommended schedule properly—this app really needs notifications reminding the user when to seek light and darkness to be effective
Alright, but...
There doesnt appear to be anyway to reset the whole thing. I'm coming off of 2 weeks night shift. I would be interested to see how this performs but cant adjust my normal wake / sleep.
Doesn't work
I'm sure the internations are good but this app is quite simply broken. Read the reviews (they are right- I've tested it) and avoid it.
