New
-The patient list can now be sorted by First or Last name, with the preference being remembered. Last name sort will be the default setting on initial login after update.
-Settings is now accessed within the app allowing Face or Touch ID to be turned on or off without visiting the iOS Settings menu. Support is now accessed via the new Settings icon.
Bug fixes
-Login will no longer fail if the device is set to the 12-hour format.
-Correct Face ID label will be shown if the device is Face ID enabled.
-Password will no longer fail if special characters are used.
-Other general bug fixes.
Ratings and Reviews
Can’t view payment history
It’s frustrating that you can review your payment history to check previous invoices submitted on the app.

Thank you for your feedback. A brand new solution that will solve this issue is currently in development and we will let everyone know once more information can be shared.
Feeble effort.
Possible the most infuriating app and platform ever built. Developers take note:
Crashing / Lagging - this is far too frequent. Trying to add patient or adding a quick e-bill seem to trigger this most often.
Logouts - once the app crashes, you cannot log back in, as the app says you are logged in on another device. If you insist on limiting logins to one device at a time, you must ensure the app is intelligent enough to realise that the device it believes I am logged into is the device current being used !
The online website is equally frustrating. The whole login process / locking and unlocking account is a complete mess and no other modem SaaS punishes paying users with this crap.
Healthcode is making plenty of money. You need to entirely scrap the current platform and rebuild from scratch using modem web architecture and technologies and then writing a new app that actually can be used without tearing one’s own hair out.

You will be pleased to know that we are, indeed, going to scrap the current platform and rebuild using modern web architecture. A new more streamlined logging in process is part of this.
Nice try but not good enough yet
App is where Healthcode needs to go - we are mobile professionals - and Anaesthetists need to be thought of - not just surgeons. Need more reliability. Bills don’t reflect remittances on the web version. Needs to allow login on app and web at same time. Web needs a more “apple” interface. Complicated web system. Needs integration with insurer databases for billing fees, patient details, needs to be quicker and less hassle. Pump money and time into this interface please
