I wanted to try out this app as I have been looking at many similar to find one that suits me, when signing up it says “make free account” which is all fine until after you signed up, it forces the subscription page on you. There is an option for a week free trial but I don’t want to commit to anything yet, I just want to look at the app and see how it functions for free before trying the subscription! Please put an exit button on the subscription page and I will try your app!

I feel like alot of equestrians dont have the actual money to pay monthly for an app like this, if others own horses they know how costly they can be and making this app cost is just worse. Why say "create a FREE account" when you have to pay for it monthly to actually use it? I personally feel like it should be free but some features should cost so that way young riders who own horses can use this app

Says you can “Create a FREE account” then you can’t do anything without paying £10 a month. But it’s okay, you get a 7-day free trial…. and still can’t do anything after this period, without paying. Sort yourselves out and advertise your app truthfully. 🙄

I’ve purchased a month subscription and it still asks me to subscribe….. even though I have until jan 2025. Not happy

Not a good app, you have to pay why not just make it free to an extent if it was free it would be a good app
