It’s good but bad
It’s good and all but very limited. First of all, you are only allowed to choose 1 of 3 categories of roles and 2 of the 3 are male. Another thing is that this game kind of plays itself since it’s mostly auto meaning you don’t get to play. The next thing is that they pushed the graphics so far that now it looks terrible. This means that they tried to make it look realistic and now it looks super bad. On top of that, we have the levelling up. The thing about this is the fact that you cannot level up by defeating monsters, making that a waste of time. But I do have some positive things. The first positive is how this game has a unique and well developed storyline. The second positive is that this game has amazing effects to make you really feel as if you were in this game. However, overall I would rate it 3 star because once you get used to the game, there’s nothing much to do but wait for your character to kill monsters and gain new equipment.
At first I was enjoying this game, and despite that you couldn’t actually play the game as it’s set on automatic, I was genuinely interested in it, that was until the level of cheating began and my character was being randomly attacked for no reason and killing them over and over. This is the reason why I don’t play multiplayer games often, because you always get big headed losers cheating their way around and the game makers do nothing. I wouldn’t have even played this if my friend hadn’t convinced me to at least give it a go, but never again.
I just wish the makers would do at least a few things to the way other players act, example; those cheating get penalised or have their items revoked, or if they continually attack other players that they’d get a three strike warnings before being banned entirely from the game. Shame, this could have been promising.
This game looks brilliant on the surface. Different playable characters, a loose but engaging story but once you start “playing” you will quickly loose interest. Nothing is marked on the map to allow you to do things on your own, there is no clear quest indicator for where you need to go meaning that the only way you can play is to let the game itself steer your character and play for you. Combat is utterly pointless as the only way that you gain experience is through completing the quests that the game plays for you. No grinding for better gear, more money or more experience. Even once you gain an extra skill the enemies are un-interesting and you find yourself just holding the attack button to kill (easily) the group of enemies and then being steered to the next group by the game after a pit stop for a brief one sided chat with an NPC who is not marked on the map for you to find again on your own. Also needs a function to disable chat/notifications. Comes in such a steady stream you are sometimes unable to click on or read things
