Great App and functionality
I’ve been using eReceptionist now for several months and it’s worked perfectly. Easy to setup, use and manage. I would like to see the number I’m calling displayed rather than the ‘mailbox’ 0800 number, all but a minor point.
They have been charging me for 7-8 months and I haven’t even been able to log into the app
This company has scammed me, I have contacted them since December asking for them to help me log in and they have not helped at all. I then proceeded to ask them multiple times to cancel the subscription and have not heard back from costumer services. I don’t know what else to do I’m still getting charged monthly ! Please do not chose this company they are a scam !
Unusable
Simply awful - can’t log into the app. As my number was correct the other only thing I could try was resetting my password, however even that’s an impossibility because eReceptionist’s website says every password “isn’t strong enough” despite adhering to every parameter. Useless.
