This is generally a very useful app. However, one recent change has actually made it less easy to use. Why has the Load Shedding Forecast been put at the end of the ‘Insights’ section, after all the tweets? It should be at the top of this section to make it easily accessible (as it was before).

Very useful!

Of all the load shedding apps this one is the best and the one I tell people to use. It would be better if there was the facility of location finding, which I heard is via the settings but that like other menu choices requires logging in. Sadly this seems only possible via Facebook or Google as the facility via email isn’t there. Saying all this, I have used this for a while now and certainly recommend it.

The Ballito experience

An excellent app - not always the easiest for finding one’s suburb but now we are very pleased with the results. We also live in Waterfall Valley, Midrand bounded by the Jukskei River, the R55 and Waterfall Drive - classified we believe as Waterfall West - but for us tech dummies this was difficult to establish. I trust the guys behind the app have their reward - and hopefully monetise the app - we’d be happy to pay.
