It’s okay

Does the job. Not very user friendly, especially for those who aren’t technically savvy.

Spend most of my time trying to help my colleagues to use it.

Doesn’t even work!

I have to use this app to clock in and out from work and see the rota changes and all of a sudden it just stopped working, it’s happened to other colleagues. I checked if my phone needed an update or the app and even deleted and re-downloaded but literally nothing. Bit useless really i don’t know why my work decided to use this.

An app designed for convenience that is totally inconvenient

This app is awful. Every time I want to use the app I have to restart the app anywhere between 5-10 times as the app is totally unresponsive after logging in.

Requesting holidays is buggy and confusing, and so is adjusting your availability. ESS 41 was okay, but every new iteration of the app just gets worse and worse.
