Problems galore.
Went to use the app today and it has “logged me out for security purposes” and would not let me log in, or indeed change my password (the same security message came up in all scenarios). I even deleted the app, reinstalled it and tried to create a new account t but got he same message. Now cold wet and hungry. Cheers ESS!

IOS17 Security Issue
Fine the day before, overnight get the message update to IOS17 on the app (not the phone) tried but no joy. Keep getting logged out error message due to security. I have loyalty vouchers to use but can’t…not purchasing anymore products without the app. Password reset also doesn’t work due to security issues. iPhone restarted but problem exists. Seems others are also experiencing this issue.
Phone number already in use
Went to download and set up an account but an error message pops stating my mobile number is already being used by another user!! Never used this app before!!
