Shocking !!

This just get worse ! I didn’t think this was even possible! Tells you to update the ‘new and improved app’ click update, takes you App Store. When click update takes you back to where you started from. Back and forth and going nowhere ! This app is getting like their onboard service, basic, flawed and more budget airline than a national carrier !

Amateur hour

Sometimes it doesn’t work for days on end. Keeps requiring an email OTP no matter how many times I reenable faceID. It’s slow when it does work. When I report bugs or call them they don’t do anything to fix the issues. It’s so bad I doubt they even have a team looking after it. Very bad impression for an app aimed at your regular customers.

Very poor

As with other reviewers, trapped in an update loop so you can’t access it - you’d think they’d realise nobody has managed to log in to it for several months.

When it was working, the app gave an entirely different mileage balance to the one shown on the main Etihad app. They should either close down this app or make it work.
