Their customer service is not reliable there’s no way you can get a hold of them. They have no phone calls in the UK. They can block your account from withdrawing and depositing any time they want and they can go quiet for a full month without giving you a response.

Love eToro there is nothing complicated , it’s super easy to invest in the stocks you want. Whether you want to deposit or withdraw it’s all amazingly quick and simple with no problems , would highly recommend whether your a beginner or a serious trader 10 out of 10

Easy platform to understand and lots of options to choose from. With bank interest so low if you have money to gamble well worth the risk. I chose blue chip companies that paid dividends every 3 months. Within the first year I received payments and my investment has rose 7.5%. You can lose and my money dipped during the outbreak of Covid and the Russia/ Ukraine conflict. My investment has rose again so interesting seeing my money earning more interest than sitting in a savings account. Do not gamble and invest in long term companies that’s have been there for decades ro l’essentiel the risk. At least until you understand the market better

I have to give it a solid 4/5Account and platform Security is off the charts. EToro has never been breached and it has been around longer than some of us have even been born. I trust them to hold my assets for me. I have never experienced inconveniences buying/ selling specifically due to EToro. Some cryptos have crashed before but that was a global thing to do with network traffic. Also, loving the AI insight signals on commodities like gold and silver. So far more of these trades win than they do lose if your entry is good. No platform is truly a 5/5 in my eyes as there will always be trouble accessing your funds at some point, EToro is as best as it gets in my opinion. 🫡🤩

Dealing with this platform is like being stuck in dark loop that never ever ends. They suddenly suspended my account for a 'security review,' and now it is just one tedious request after another with absolutely no end in sight. Every single time I submit exactly what they ask for, they come back with a brand-new excuse to keep my account locked for even longer. I am fully convinced they are just trying to exhaust me so I will eventually stop trying to access my own funds. It is absolutely maddening and easily the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered in my life. This situation is total disaster. Why are you doing this? Give money back right now, please! I am so angry at you now
