Description

The Eurest Heathrow app is a customer identifier. It enables us to electronically recognise who you are at the till, what company you work for and what subsidy you are entitled to. A place where items linked to promotions are pushed out during the course of your working day and where your coffee credits get totalled automatically.

Awful

The person that designed this app should be fired! For a discount app it is too annoying and slow so much that I prefer not to use it. And on top of everything, it is asking you to change password frequently. This isn’t a banking app! What is going to happen? They will use my one free coffee? OMG it is the end of the world 🙄

Slow and irritating

Every time I open this app it has logged me out and forgets my pincode! so at the till I have to log in and it treats me as a new user going through the setup which is frustrating when people are waiting behind you!
Was much easier when we just used a card rather than this app!

Doesn’t work well if you use Apple Pay

If you have Apple Pay then the “tap to display ID tag” doesn’t work very well, when you turn your iPhone upside down for the scanner to read then you iPhone will think you’re trying to use Apple Pay and bring up your credit card - not very good!!!
