Can't recover password.
Customer service responded quickly but only provided a default password; this didn't work.
Repeated message: "Oops... Something went wrong. Please contact us."
Come on guys, this is the 21st century. You need to do customer experience better than this. We shouldn't need to call a hotline for everything.
Update: issues were not app developer's fault. I had a login from about 20 years ago. Eventually deciphered it from customer service information but password recovery needs to be easier than this. I haven't used the app in more detail as car rental check in has already occurred.

Makes life easier
I’m a regular Europcar customer and find this app very useful for keeping track of my bookings no matter which country I’m in. I tend to book online or through the Elite team which ensures I always get the best rates. Agree the app could be enhanced and I expect the Director of Digital Marketing will make this a priority (he will now after reading this). Overall I think Europcar are very good and that’s why I’ve been with them for over 20 years. They repay my loyalty with excellent service. It’s a pro quo. My advice is to frequent travellers is to focus on one airline, hotel and car hire company and leverage your loyalty. Happy travelling!
Unable to update personal details again
Over the past weeks this app has updating 3 times, in all instances the app says it has sorted out the process of updating your personal data. It has not. Not sure why it’s locked onto old driving licences and old card details. Mine expired in 2015. Normally you can easily update these but the Europcar app & website, you cannot change you data. Quite a poor update by the online staff
Also the of note I got a different price between my laptop and the phone. If you use your negotiated rate, be aware that this can be more expensive. Quite silly realy. Sometime it just spurts our random rates, I’m my experience it can be £20 more expensive between platforms, or if your a guest or by using your personal account.
