It wont let me sign up

This game look very fun but I have tried to sign up multiple times but it always says that your account has been denied I don’t know if this is a computer game

Fantastic game and community, look forward to future updates and additions to the game

It won’t let me log in

Every time I have created account and then I log in it won’t let me in and I try the lost password and I put my email in then when I log in the email account then I check were the Ev3 lost password but it wasn’t there So I try refresh for about three time and still won’t come up so pls fix it the log in bug
