Fraud
I paid £10 just to try out the app. I’ve liked 2-3 people on there and even super liked someone who in turn super liked me and yet the app did not match us together to be able to communicate and chat.I quickly stopped the subscription from rolling over. £10 lost, I need a refund actually.

I'm sorry about that! Have you installed our latest update? If so, try deleting the app from your iPhone and then reinstalling it. Sometimes the problem can be caused by a cache issue. If this doesn’t work, our Customer Care team can help you resolve the issue.

Repetitive and boring
Just paid for a week and I’m bored in the first hour . You have to literally match with someone before you can send a message. Everyone my age looks 10 -15 years or more older than me . The app allows people without children to join which is quite frankly scary and makes you wonder why they want to join ?
The same old profiles keep showing up so why bother wasting money ? This is really not what I expected. The profiles say next to nothing about themselves and it’s just a huge waste of time and hard earned cash.
After this week is up I’m deleting my profile and getting rid of .

Not a massive fan
Although this app is a nice thought for parents what really puts me off is that browsing through profiles is limited unless you pay. No other dating app I’ve been on does that, they always allow to have an unlimited amount of profiles you can swipe. Meaning you actually want to come back to the app and spend time on it. Definitely would change this feature. But other than that it’s ok. Would also be good if you could “view” your own profile.
