Description
EventScripts is the iOS partner to the popular EventScripts app for OS X.
Using EventScripts and EventScript Mobile you can run any AppleScript or shell script on your Mac directly from any iPad, iPod, or iPhone on the same Bonjour network.

EventScripts Mobile uses Bonjour to discover EventScripts servers so there is no configuration necessary, just set the scripts you want to be available to your mobile device in EventScripts, and they appear automatically in EventScripts Mobile.
If required, EventScripts Mobile supports password protection, so you can be sure only you can trigger your scripts.
EventScripts Mobile requires the app EventScripts 1.05 for OS X (or later) to be installed.

Excellent remote app
If you've got any kind of media server, then check out this app and the Mac OS X app "Eventscripts". With the pair you can get your media server to do pretty much anything. We're remote controlling EyeTV and Plex and more. The advantage of Eventscripts is you don't up with one app remote for each application, but ratherone that controls them all. I'd echo the other reviewer that said it would be great to see groups incorporated.

This app does nothing without Eventscripts for mac installed but once you have that bit it's pretty handy!
