I have now used everup a few times and compared to some other apps, it offers the best cashback deals for different stores. However, what made me trust everup even more is their customer support! Yesterday, I had an issue using a gift card bought from everup in a M&S store. It was due to the store’s system having issues processing gift cards that day. So I ended paying with my bank card instead of the gift card. I contacted everup customer support right after, to explain the situation and ask to get a refund since I didn’t end up using the gift card and didn’t want that money to be tied up to it. Customer support replied very quickly and investigated the situation thoroughly. Even though they informed me the refund was in the discretion of M&S they managed to handle things and I was informed one of the everup founders got involved personally. Only 24hrs later, today on Sunday I got an email saying they will issue me the refund and my money is already back in my account! It definitely strengthened my trust in everup and made me feel I can use it safely and without worries as they have excellent customer support that can swiftly help if any issues arise! It’s also great to be able to get something back on your everyday spending instead of just giving all your money away. I only wish I knew about everup sooner!

Great fun and a safe way to watch your savings grow. Not as good as you might think

When i first got this app, i was quite impressed with kit, and excited to see what i would win on the games. However you soon realise that the games aren’t quite what they make out. For one, if for instance you win 2500 coins on one of the games which costs 5000 to spin each time. You haven’t actually won 2500, you have lost 2500 and so on. So yes it’s exciting to see the message say ‘you have won’, but in reality you haven’t won anything, you’ve actually lost. And this is a very common theme for both the spinner games. I’ve also noticed the spin, speed up or quickly slow down, and it’s obvious when playing it for a while, that the odds are stacked against you, for winning large amounts of coins. Free play, i usually know exactly what i will end up with, as you tend to win the same amounts each and every time. The scratch game is good, but again its not as it seems, and if you stick to scratching the same number, the algorithm used will know this and you end up getting low number or nothing at all….. again it will say you have won, but if you win anything less than 5000 you have actually lost and not won anything. Very clever but quite deceiving in order to get you hooked.
Brilliant app for Gift Card Cash Back

I started using this app on it’s launch for the daily raffle and for savings. But with the recent changes I now mainly use the app for purchasing gift cards to use with my regular grocery shopping and online purchases.I often compare the % cash-back on the gift cards with other providers and EverUp quite frequently has the highest % cash-back.The recent addition of Apple Pay as a payment method was great, it made it even easier to buy gift cards. I look forward to the further quality of life improvements (such as recording purchases against the gift cards).
