Busy Times Graphs:
We’ve updated the Busy Times graphs to include more sites providing useful information about charger availability.
Refined Evie Pass Activation:
Based on customer feedback, we’ve refined the activation process for the Evie Pass.
Updated "How to Charge" Instructions:
Updated instructions for using Schneider chargers, ensuring you have the latest guidance for a seamless charging experience.
AC Charging Notices:
Site Sheet/Half Sheet Notices: When you navigate to an AC site, you’ll see a notice on the half/full sheet indicating that "AC chargers on this site require you to bring your own AC charging cable."
AC Plug Selected Notice: When selecting an AC connector, you'll see a notice stating, "This charger requires you to bring your own AC charging cable," with a link to the AC Charging Walkthrough.
Improved Charging Walkthroughs:
DC Charging Walkthrough: Now includes a link to the AC Charging Walkthrough for comprehensive guidance.
AC Charging Walkthrough: Updated with the latest information to ensure you have all the details you need for AC charging.
Enhanced Help Section:
The Help section now features a “Start a charge (AC)” button linking directly to the updated AC Charging Walkthrough, making it easier to find the information you need.
Zendesk Updates:
Added "How to charge AC" information to the bottom of relevant Zendesk articles, ensuring you have access to comprehensive support materials.
