Don’t bother! Waste of time
Terrible App that simply doesn’t work. Tried deleting, reinstalling and setting up an account multiple times. Keeps asking for camera access when already in place. So disappointed as it changed our plans for the day. Thankfully liberty bus got us to our destination on time! Sort it out EVIie and hire a proper App developer.
Rubbish
Despite repeated attempts and having been allowed access to my iPhone camera, the app would not let me create an account due to not having access to the camera. Followed instructions to the letter and spoke with an operator, who whilst being very present just repeated the instructions on the app help page.
Rubbish app
Bikes are great but app will often refuse to let you pause, resume or end a trip. Instead asking you to contact customer services!
