I have started using this app to park for work but it’s getting really annoying to use. I have contact them with bug reports but never heard back nor bugs were fixed. I can’t choose the time I want as it says time as passed, this was after the clock change. After the last update I can’t book at all nor navigate the app. Do you need a developer and a tester? Email me I’m happy to work on the app!

I don’t understand how this has 4.1 stars as of my review. This is by far the worst parking app I’ve ever used in any country (including Italy!), and I legitimately cannot wait for the NPP to make this app obsolete.You have a map of parking locations, with location services… but you cannot tap on the pins. You have to remember and type in the parking ID number from the lot. Good luck if you’ve got somewhere to be.Setting up parking, I’ve had shorter tax forms than this. At each step of the way, the UX tries to trick you into setting up an account, agreeing to newsletters, or paying extra.Once parked, the app doesn’t remember or show anything. There is no way to see or prove that you’ve paid, or how long’s left. No info, no notifications, no Live Activities, nothing.You do get an email with zero details (no park time, reg plate, or anything) - just a link to go to some website (that may or may not be working) to login to see what you’ve paid too much for.Genuinely horrifying UX at every step of the way, and I guarantee nobody involved creating this joke has used it in their real life.I will open a bottle of champagne the day I can delete this nonsense off my phone.

Their tagline is make parking easy. You download the app, and open it. It asks for permission to use your location. But you go to pay for parking and it doesn’t find the nearest parking. You can’t even use the search feature, which thinks Milton Country Park is a road in central Cambridge. You walk back to the carpark to read the excessively long number. You type it in. You enter all the details for your car and length of stay. You press pay now, but you need to sign up with more data that they don’t need but will inevitably leak in a hack. Then on completion of creating an account you realise you have to start the whole awful process again. And that includes walking back to the carpark to read the stupidly long number again. Awful. Truly awful.

If you use the app to pay for parking there’s an additional “admin” fee charged. For a company whose business is charging for parking, how can there be *ANY* additional admin fee to pay for a parking space? Answer: there isn’t - this is simply a cynical money-grabbing company looking to charge more than the advertised fee for leaving your car. And at a hospital too - they should be ashamed. But they have no shame, only greed. Oh, and if you want to “Autopay”, you have to pay £50 up front, from which your parking fees will be taken, with an auto top-up amount of £25 - non-negotiable. Despicable business practices. And the app is clunky, won’t auto-detect where you are by location and doesn’t support things like ApplePay, so you have to hand over your credit card details. Absolute rubbish all round.
