Test To Go by Excalibur Healthcare Services reads lateral flow test (LFT) results rapidly, reliably and accurately. Using your phone's camera, the app, powered by artificial intelligence, explains how to perform your own LFT and reads the results more accurately than the human eye. Test results can be displayed on your phone when you need them, making the app beneficial to personal users, employers and event organisers. If need to take a PCR test, you can order and register an Excalibur test and receive the result directly from our laboratory by using the Test To Go app.

We’re not all idiots.

Watching a video and reading the instructions was slight overkill.
Too many steps in the process having to repeatedly clean your hands.
I’m hoping I’ll ever need to do this test again.

Operates like a scam

1. Web site says orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day on 24 hour courier. LIE. After 48 hours no sign. Phoned and waited in long queue and then advised they had “delays at warehouse”. Took 4 days to arrive.
2. App sign in fails every time. “Forgotten password” says it will send verification but it never does (trying for a week now).
3. Customer support email doesn’t answer. Again trying for a week.

In summary I’ve paid £43 and Excalibur have failed at every point. Scammers is the only word I can think of.

Inconsistent instructions in App and kit

The instructions in the video say to swab back of mouth (both sides) and then both nostrils. The printed instructions say only to swab both nostrils.

The contents of the test kit shown in the video does not match what is provided. In particular the test stand has been replaced by the box in which the test is packaged.

Inconsistent documentation for a test procedure is usually grounds for an ISO 9001 failure by the test provider.
