Are you ready for Exospecies? This hypnotic, simultaneous turn-based strategy game will dare you to assemble an alien militia to defend the human race across exotic alien locales. You can battle challenging AI in a local game or face off against friends or random opponents online! The only way to win is to combine powerful abilities and come up with killer strategies to outwit your opponent at every turn.

Addictive turn-based strategy!
This simultaneous TBS game has a bunch of weird, interesting units with unique abilities (e.g. one that can tunnel underground for surprise attacks ; one that can spray poison on the map or self-destruct and poison multiple units at once). The maps are small but full of tactical possibilities. Close-quarter combat leads to plenty of thought over each move. I really like this game; it’s compelling and the art style is a nice evocation of ‘90s games like the original StarCraft. Definitely check this out if you’re a strategy / squad combat fan!
