Hello future meditator.

No matter where you are on your reproductive journey (preconception, pregnancy, parenthood), you’re here.

That means you’re investigating ways to give your child the best start in life. You’re already doing a good job.

At Expectful, we’re investigators too. So we peered around at the wide world of parenting. And everywhere we looked, we bumped into advice.

We generally like advice, but everything we encountered was about taking care of our bodies - food vitamins, etc.

Yet we couldn’t find anything about something essential - the connection between your mind and your baby.

And when we couldn’t find what we were looking for, we decided to kick the investigating up a notch.

We knocked on many doors - of scientific researchers, fertility experts, meditation guides, and soon to be and new parents just like you (hi).

Turns out, meditation is scientifically proven to help you conceive and give your child the best start in life. Physically and psychologically.

This means that when you meditate, you don’t just calm yourself.

You actually create the brightest environment for your baby’s physical and emotional health.
A simple way to make happier, healthier children and healthier, happier parents? We couldn’t sit on this news.

That’s why we created Expectful. It’s a guided meditation app for your fertility, pregnancy, and parenthood journey.

We're also integrated with Apple Health Kit to help track your minutes meditated over time to help you set your own goals for a regular practice.

Paid for and doesn’t say. Can’t afford it

It’s 3.30am I can’t sleep...expecting twins. I spend ages looking out for the most appropriate app, downloading and setting up the app input my details and get myself settled... figure out which one I want to start with and boom.... you want 9.99 a month. It doesn’t say this on the front screen which is really misleading and frustrating. I can’t comment on the content as I can’t afford to access it but as for the cost positioning of the app I’m really disappointed. Nice idea for wealthy though x

Must have app!

I saw this app and was upset that I couldn’t afford it with all its content. I contacted the creators and they helped!! I’m so pleased I reached out because this app is incredible. Prior to being pregnant with my now 2 year old I was a psychologist myself so was eager to start practicing mindfulness again but from a baby focused perspective. The app does exactly that. You get sound options, timer options, information about stages of baby each week... it’s exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Brilliant app

I have only had this app a day but it has already helped so much with uncertainty and anxiety around what is happening to me and if baby will develop healthy. I’m still very early in my pregnancy so this app is brilliant at grounding me and is very reassuring! Would definitely recommend.
