Good but not intuitive and overly complex :(

It's good but also bad too! Most people using this I'm sure are probably self employed types like me - but they make this weirdly complex and for corporate use - the most annoying thing is that you can't amend expenses once you've submitted them even though in effect I'm sending them to myself!! PLEASE JUST LET US SWITCH SOME FEATURES OFF. MORE FLEXIBILITY PLEASE!! Amendment: the ios app works fine but most of the real settings are on the Web only which us a but bad tbh - come on updated pls 🙁

Your app doesn’t work boys....

Tried it today. Seemed like it had really good potential..... Then I tried it.... used camera to photo a good quality receipt into app twice. Both times waited over 5 minutes for it to finish scanning. I am connected via a home fibre internet connection but unsuccessful both times .... continually scanning .... allllwayyyss scanning.... no good if in a shop, restaurant with my woman, in front of clients .... or even if at home in front of nobody....

Boys! This app doesn’t work!

3 days later.... you sent me 2 emails to say the expense has been captured. TWO friggin emails for ONE £27($34) receipt.... So... I go into app. I see the entry. Tap to open it ... “an error has occurred...” ....can’t see the actual receipt that took forever to scan and I got two emails for.

What are you guys playing at?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. SmartScan has accuracy as its primary goal and speed as a lesser priority. However, most scans should never take longer than 2-4 hours. If your scans have been too delayed or never finish, please reach out to

Absolute rip off

I've used this app and suddenly ended up being billed for some smart scan / concierge feature. The customer service is shocking, useless call centre operators asking useless meaningless questions in a single meaningless sentence with each response. After about 9 messages with them, I'm no further forward in getting them to cease charging me for some useless service I don't need. They're offering me some useless concierge service. Be careful of these people, once they get money from you, it is so difficult to cease this or get any meaningful customer service answers. Or even see billing history.
