My disappointments are doesn’t link to projects ... better to bill than customers, the Barclaycard categories do need to map directly to my Xero codes as well as allowing posting to direct costs, not just overheads, Barclaycard isn’t integrated, down to Barclaycard, but annoying, and finally I am struggling with the mileage GPS.But MASSIVE improvement with a very easy use and great mobile apps.

Useless it is definitely not but it has some really annoying features. The concierge is putting me off. I want it switched off as it is of no use for me and I do not want it. It is just like a nagging aunt, ranting in the background. I wish I could tell her to F off and leave me alone.The app is really not as flexible as it should be, trying to drag you into some kind of fixed corporate mentality which you may not want to be part of. Originally, you could add smartscans directly from within an individual reports- to make sure it is in the right place- nice and simple. Now, the only way you can add a smartscan is by pressing the green bitten and it is automatically allocated to either the last used report or according to some rule which you will have created. The trouble is that the rule creation process is very inflexible. You can not allocate smarts and to a specific folder or create a rule for them to be added to a newly created folder each month bearing the name of that month. This means that once a smartscan was created, you have to manually allocate it to a report unless the last used report happened to be the correct one- unlikely if you work on several projects at the same time and you want to log your time in different reports frequently. The customer service keep banging on about how you should leave the app do all the work but it actually is a nuisance.I am a paid subscriber but seriously considering Harvest or another app. Looking into it for now.

Good if you’re in the USA working for a USA company absolutely rubbish elsewhere , changes things into dollars at not a good exchange rate, some things come as not changed during submission , says add bank account for reimbursement only works in the USA quite possibly the most useless business app I have ever used !! I would give no stars but that’s not possibleIt’s actually worse when you use multiple currencies it won’t let you actually put in with what you pay , if you scan in a receipt in a different currency it only gives you the banks exchange rate on that day !!! It is awful truly needs minus stars If you have staff that travel use concur yes it has issues but it works !! This is an appalling app to use a waste of time for multinational business it tries to be clever with its scanning but even that doesn’t work half the time !! Do your self a favour just use something that works

The app looks nice but that’s about where it ends as it lacks a large amount of functionality compared to the web version. Uploading receipts will sometimes error and just fail to upload, uploading from the camera roll is unintuitive and hidden and PDFs uploaded from other apps fail with a file type unsupported error. Furthermore, hiding the button to add an expense to a report behind a “show more” is frustrating especially this is core functionality of the app. Also, having a “Save” button for adding an item to a report after a notification that the item had been added to the report is misleading and poor UX. Please correct these issues with your app.
