It works - surprising results!
I started using this for 20min a day & within a week or so I noticed that my complexion in the evening was much more rosy & didn’t look as grey & tired as it was before I started using this. Have carried on using it , but only for 10min most days in the evening, and for the first time in ages, I’m getting compliments again on my face & its radiance. So something is working! I’m about 3 months in.
The app is good. I like the daily 10min exercises that you get. It’s a bit repetitive, but I don’t mind as they clearly work.
I’m 42 & intend to keep up with this to support my facial muscles & circulations as much as possible!
Good things
Not only is this helping me with all of my skin problems but it’s also helping with mental health such has my sleep and how I can be more kinder to my skin and take more good care of it I am very happy with this app and think you should also download it !
You have to pay
At least tell us we have to pay before we get all excited and do all the things it asks us to. I was all excited because I wanted to remove my double chin. It is one of my biggest insecurity’s but then I find out I have to pay to help myself feel secure in my own body. This is stupid. I’m actually crying as I write this because I found out I have to pay to be happy in my body. That’s all this world cares about. Money, beauty and social status. I downloaded this to be able to feel secure in myself and it won’t even give me a recommendation before telling me to pay £11. Stupid. The app seems brilliant, I just wish it was free. I understand that you have to make money, but come on! Make us pay before we get all excited!
