Was great but now they want more money

I’ve used this app many times and I loved it and I’ve noticed how many cahnges have been added in the app which was great however u are now like the rest of the apps you can’t save the video unless your pay an extra £9 I already pay a weekly subscription but this has disappointed me

Zero stars if I could for the support

Paid for 250 tokens two of the three videos worked with bad quality, the other two didn’t I emailed through the support email they provide and I’ve seen in there responses to ratings asking for a refund of 100 tokens to my account for the two videos that didn’t work over 5 days ago with no reply. I wouldn’t even mind if the other 2 videos actually worked its average but the customer service is ridiculous.
