payment issue
so, when i want a mobile childs day ticket, i put in my card details and it says "postcode" at the end. i put in my home postcode and it turns green, which means its all good and ready to go, so i press pay now, and it takes my money, but then says "postcode and card do not match" or something. i dont understand this. it gives me a refund later without having to request it, but i dont get a ticket and am not sure how to fix this issue.
Service updates
If you are going to prompt me to turn on notifications for service updates every time I open the app, please at least *use* these updates. Too often the bus is extremely late or cancelled altogether, and I only find out by phoning the bus company.
Journey planner shows the wrong times!
The journey planner in this app will make sure you’re late to wherever you need to go. The timings are powered by Google which has out of date timetables, and thus rendering this app near useless for journey planning.
