Data gone
I deleted the app a year ago because of my coursework and I wanted to play the game again, so I downloaded it again but to find my game data gone and I don’t know what happened as I use the same device as before!
Issues with new update
I can no longer access my account. Before the latest update I would open the app and it would log in. Now I cannot link my Facebook, I don’t have a Valofe account or any of the other options that it gives. Yet I cannot access my previous game data or account.
Please fix this so that my account is accessible!
Update not downloading
With yesterday’s update the app isn’t working anymore. If I go into the app it tells me to get the update, but if I go onto the App Store it tells me I have already downloaded the new update. Would delete and redownload the app but I don’t wanna risk losing my progress on the game... :/ shame cuz I’ve been playing the game for years and it’s really good...

There might be some corrupted files which causes the game to crash so we advise that you delete the game data completely and reinstall the app. Also, please make sure to connect to a stable network, preferably Wi-Fi, to avoid further issues during installation. Before reinstalling the app make sure that your account has been linked to avoid account data loss.
