Absolute dream

Downloaded this app a while back to find where I could watch NFL games, and then never stopped. Football, rugby, has it all! For this World Cup it’s been AMAZING. Such a smart, simple, idea executed brilliantly. Easy to use, does what it says, and the blog is hilarious. I have found so many amazing places to watch sports I could write a book on the pubs of the UK. Added bonus, I won a beer when England scored!

Inaccurate

After difficulty in logging on I eventually got the app to work. The interface looks good and I was pleased to see that there were 4 pubs within walking distance showing live f1. after walking to each of them I had to give up as they were all showing football and apart from one were all bemused by me asking about motor racing. The one that might have the racing on didn’t know which bar it would be showing in and what time it would start so with ten minutes to go before the start of the race I decided to give up and go home and watch it on terrestrial catch up. I guess the apps great for football matches (as the name suggests) but from my experience useless for motor racing.

Hey Mary, we're really sorry to hear about your experience trying to watch the F1. It is actually the pubs themselves that choose what sports they are planning to show in their venues, and MatchPint then display this on the app. I can imagine its extremely frustrating when the information is incorrect, so if you can let us know the names of the bars where this occurred, we can pick up with them directly and try to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Amazing

Have been using MatchPint for years to find pubs for rugby, NFL, and boxing. Rarely disappoints. Obviously added a lot more venues recently. The prediction games are awesome - endless fun and competition with mates plus plenty of beers and prizes won.
