Very good app

Very good app. Eco friendly, sustainable.
A suggestion: I hope on the page of items I can see on which days of the week that item will be available. This is quite important especially since many veggie and fruits and bakery seem to be available only on certain days.

The website seems to open very slow. The app is pretty good tho.

The most important I keep using them is that some farmers are providing fresh green curly kale there. It is something I can’t live without! And coconut kefir!(Hope they can note the expiry date online tho)
And the piggy bank system is very good too! With the discount from this piggy bank I as a student can afford to do my grocery on Farmdrop frequently. Thank you guys!
And I must say the drivers I’ve met so far have been so friendly. Our lift has been out of operation for weeks. Every time the driver help carrying the delivery up to 6th floor and never complain about that. Thank you guys very much.
Hope more and more varieties would be available! And keep up the good work!

Great service and great produce but a few app annoyances

Love being able to get produce from local ethical suppliers at fair prices. Drivers and customer service teams are efficient and really helpful. A couple of annoyances with the app though...
The app regularly logs you out and as I use a password manager and long unmemorable passwords it’s a real pain to enter them as pasting often fails in the password field and there is no 1Password integration in the app. The password issue means that sometimes I’ve skipped a shop with Farmdrop as I didn’t have time to mess about entering a long fiddly password with an iPhone keyboard . The geolocation gets confused as well if you use a vpn and presents you with produce for the wrong area - why not just default to the area for the address details supplied when signing up? Other than these annoyances would be giving a 5 star review

Mostly Great

Overall really great and excellent service however a few annoying gripes:
1- often there will be a mystery ‘unavailable’ item which I can’t see and will stop me checking out. I have to email Farmdrop to see what the item is and have it removed. This has stopped me ordering before because I can’t be bothered.
2 - some items aren’t available on certain days delivery but there’s no indication in the description, I had one month where I couldn’t order tomatoes at the weekend for love nor money.
3 - if the item is out of stock on delivery there is no similar replacement which is a pain. I order in because I don’t have time for shopping so if something viral like bread is missing I would prefer it was just replaced with a different loaf
