Been playing the game on and off for years now:) really love how users can customize the store with so many options available, makes decorating the store the most enjoyable part of the game tbh. However, developers could you please do something about the 49gems slot option. I’ve been trying to save up gems to buy other decorations for the store, but sometime when I’m making orders, I’ll accidentally click on the additional slot option and I would have a new slot without a chance to say yes or no. This is honestly odd and quite flawed, especially since the yes or no option is available whenever a user wants to sell and item. For an option that is significantly more costly than majority of the items available, I really don’t understand why it doesn’t come with consent from the user. Please change this! Its happened to me 3 times now, ive lost 137 gems UNINTENTIONALLY 😭 I really do love the game and don’t want to stop being a player.

This is a relatively good game if you have the patience. I enjoy making my shop amazing and visiting neighbours, and even playing with my real life friends. I had the game before and was watching daily ads for gems, you can get up to 6 a day. I would use these to save up and upgrade or buy new items. However, I bought 9 gems with real cash to add to my account. After this, I noticed I could only get 1 gem a day from watch ads! Uninstalled the game thinking it was a glitch, was never able to restore purchase but life goes on.

So here I am, level 38 after restarting my game, finding myself purchasing more gems once again to help expand my store. THE SAME THING HAPPENED. No longer able to watch more than one video a day. And the “bonus gems” from completing surveys etc almost never give you the bonus as it’s a loophole system - you do one task, that task leads you to another task and you keep going and going, never to actually reach any end and therefore never receiving your reward.

Storm8 need to sort this out ASAP. we shouldn’t lose out after spending money on the game. Without vital updates, the game is mediocre at the best of times.

This is a good game, but has a few issues:
First of all, when you first start the game it’s hard to move from level to level due to a lack of money and diamonds, which tempts you to spend real money for the game.
Second of all, some products such as wallpapers, stalls, cash desks and changing rooms are expensive costing like a few diamonds which you haven’t got.
Lastly, the feedback section does not hold all the list of visitors of your shop to keep your track in case you’ve missed to visit someone back. It just gives you up to 10 visitors list, however sometimes you get more than 30 people visiting your shop, so it would be useful to extend that list.
I would recommend this game, however it takes up a lot time and effort, if you haven’t got money to spend.
