I spent hours trying to connect to wi-fi for remote monitoring, which is important for me. Eventually I opened the unit up and found a switch inside the front cover to enable wi-fi. It now works. The app gave no clue about what the problem might be - it just let me endlessly try (and fail) connecting to wi-fi. I thought the problem might be with my router so spent ages experimenting with different settings when that was not the issue. I would have thought the app could detect that wi-fi was not enabled on the charger and could have told me what needed to be done. It still freezes periodically, which can be fixed by closing and reopening the app.

The old app worked better, I downloaded the new app, set timer and activated it, woke up for work next morning and it hadn’t charged, I have tried it twice now, very poor app for setting timer, please give instructions on how to do it
