They endorse promoters that try and make you buy tickets in advance by bumping up the price as more tickets are sold then allow them to change event details and their refund policy is a scam, you will just be ignored and no reasons are given, unless the event is reliably confirmed and you are sure you can attend you could be better of just paying on the door.One of their promoters changed the venue last minute, advertised refunds on social media, later just deleted their original post and denied all requests with no communication, Fatsoma will let them just take your money with zero customer service.Obviously if it’s a regular confirmed event with a reliable promoter I’m sure the app is fantastic.

Since being a uni student this year, I downloaded the app, which allowed me to easily buy my tickets anywhere I was, even if it was a last minute thing. The app is very good and you get to see other events in different cities that I never knew of. It’s good to be updated about the different events, especially as I’m currently going back and forth to London and such. Recently the app is having trouble showing the different ticket prices and the availability of the tickets. If it carries on then there’s no point of having the app. If it gets resolved, then it’s definitely worth having. ✨

As I student I bought a ticket for a freshers and clearly the terms stated a possible refund if my insurance choice was where I went . I purchased the ticket for my firm. I contacted the organisers, who after three emails , ignored me . So, I contacted fatsoma with the problem and was told to wait as they said they’d contact the organisers. Time goes by and I never received a reply and emailed them again, only to be ignored again and money taken . I don’t recommend you buy tickets on any event unless you’re fine with having your money taken or you know your going to attend . Don’t take what they write for legit because it’s lies . So disappointed in the service and have never come across such unprofessional event organisers as the third parties fatsoma works with . Buy with caution.

I’ve been happy buying tickets from this app before, everything worked well. At the end of my most recent purchase, it asked for access to my phone contacts and the only options were to accept or cancel, which implied that my ticket purchase would be cancelled if I didn’t share my contacts. I did choose cancel, it appears that the the ticket purchase did complete but I’m not totally sure. If there is a good read for asking for the contacts then it needs to be much better explained. I feel quite unhappy after this experience and will be looking for an alternative way to buy the tickets for events I’m interested in for the future.

I bought tickets for party called "THE FRESHERS HOUSE PARTY // MANCHESTER" in Tiger Tiger club. When I went there they told me that they have age limit and I am older than that and I am not allowed to enter. On the Fatsoma website they didn't say anything about the age limit. However, they advice me to send email to the website and I'll get a refund. I sent email to the customer service "Balkwill" and told me there is no refund policy and he will try to contact them for refund. However, two weeks with the same answer.I am not sure if there are a scam company or what, however, the stole my money.Be aware before doing any purchase as they won't give you your money for any reason and they will keep saying :"Just so you know, all events are organised and managed by Third Party Event Organisers. As such, the money paid for your ticket has gone to the event organisers, and is not in fatsoma’s possession. In order for us to refund your ticket, we must receive authorisation from the event organisers."

I had ordered so many ticket last for freshers events, but all/ most got cancelled or moved to the days I was at uni. I was expecting a refund for these tickets but it never came. I have been waiting a while year for this refund. They failed to give me any options or a refund, such bad communication since they only want money. They declined my refund requests multiple times to the point where I couldn’t even request a refund since the time frame was up. Never using again since they took my money but i did no go to ANY event!!
