This revamped version of FedMobile– Federal Bank’s highly popular mobile banking application - comes with more user-friendly and advanced features than its predecessor, ensuring a richer and more pleasant experience for its users. We have combined Mobile Banking, FedBook and BHIM UPI into a single application plus a whole host of new features and services to make it a one stop shop for all your banking needs.

Enriched with new banking and payment features, this version of the app is a complete package, which enables users to access and manage their accounts from anywhere, anytime; it enables the user to undertake – banking as well as non-banking transactions.

Specific features include :

Recharge & Bill Payments: Our recharge and bill payment sections allow you to do mobile/DTH/Fastag recharges and payment of a wide variety of bills including Mobile, Electricity, Water, Gas etc.

Transfer funds online: Make payments and funds transfers online real-time, using payments methods like UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS etc.

BHIM UPI: We have integrated all the UPI functionalities into the app so that allows you to enjoy the full bouquet of UPI services using this app.

FedBook: Bank’s digital passbook app is now available as an exclusive feature in FedMobile. This allows you to access all your accounts and statements without having to download FedBook separately.

Investments: Using the app, you can now invest in Gold and Bank’s various deposit schemes. The “Help Me decide” feature in the app will guide you to the most suitable investment option among all the options.

Loans: A full-fledged loans module allows you to manage all your loan accounts, repay loan instalments, apply for loans, and avail loans instantly.

Account Services: The account services menu in the side bar allows you manage features linked to your account like Transaction limits, PIN, VPA, Biometric Login, Profile, Email IDs, Nominee details, ON/OFF/Block/Unblock debit cards etc.

Service Requests: You can make an array of service requests like Cheque Book, submission of 15G/H, Download TDS certificates,

Merchant Services: Our new merchant services section allows you to make Cab, Bus, Flights and Hotel Bookings.

App crashes after an update

Hi,
Mob app was working fine till last update. Following recent update stopped working and crashes every time try to load it.

App that can’t register a device

I am an NRI living in another country. Opened a new NRI account and got text messages to register the app with a token that is only valid for 4 hours. Then when you open the app for the first time, you need to accept the T&Cs and then it says it has to send 2 SMS(not one but 2) to 2 Indian number for device registration which never works even though the SMS goes out and your mobile service provider charges you a lot of money for each international SMS. This begs me to believe the designers of this app are so out of touch with the tech world and their competition. 1. Why would they ever send a token to an NRI that is only valid for registration for 4 hours which is sent at odd hours? Who in their right mind can register in the middle of the night or if they are in the middle of work etc. 2. Why the app has to send international SMS for device registration? Receiving SMS is better, otherwise we will incur international SMS charges, especially like in my case where I tried a few times on my iPhone with eSIM and no luck. ICICI app doesn’t do that and it works just fine.

So it is time Federal Bank app team come out of the archaic thinking model and make the app useable for NRI account holders living outside India.

We apologize for the terrible experience you've had with the FedMobile app. Please be informed that to successfully onboard in to FedMobile application, device authentication is mandatory for which a branch token is a necessity irrespective of whether the customer is a resident or a non-resident.
We would also like to bring to your notice that a new branch token can be requested via mail which will again be valid for the next 4 hours.
Rest assured we have taken note of your feedback and will surely convey it to our team for consideration.

Horrible staff and bad customer experience with worse infrastructure. Tata bye bye Kadam

I asked for my nri account number change more than 10 days they took to read my email from branch and responded after sending cc to customer service and senior manager and replied with in same day but they reply after 3 days about missing item .
Then they asked me to send text from my mobile but they never could it even after 26 th day so I quite them .. Tata bye bye Kadam
