Booted Out
Installed over a year ago and was working fine. Came to switch lights off only to find that according to the app I have no devices registered. Have tried for a couple of hours to re-install everything but cannot make bulbs flash on and off as part of the pairing protocol. A bit disappointed right now. If I can’t make the system work by tomorrow, it’ll be replaced by a system that does work.

Fantastic and reliable app that controls my lamp in our holiday home in Cornwall. Can change the colour any time you like. We are sure by turning this lamp on from a distance of 5 hrs away made potential intruder go away. To be able to do all the above reliable for such little money. Very cheap. Highly recommend

Problem with App
It worked amazing for the first year. But now the app doesn’t allow you to change the “smart scenes”. When changing the time for switching on or off the app gives an error saying “background illegal” and the option given is “confirm “ which does not do anything and I am unable to change the time. The only way around is to delete all the smart scenes and set up from scratch which is a waste of time. Can a developer please fix this issue on the alp.
